“I Swear I Saw That Sparkle in his Eye!”
“I am involved with a non-profit organization in Flagler County, Florida (Flagler Volunteer Services) and we have an event every Christmas where children can shop for gifts for the members of their family (at no cost to them) and we usually have 300-400 children come through and, of course, we have Santa Claus. In the past we have what I call the “drugstore variety” Santa Claus (didn’t dress that great, fake beard, well, you get the idea). but last year (2021) we had the real deal!! Santa Claus, aka Dale Burrows, greeted the kids with patience, the children had pictures taken with him and his attire was out of this world. He has such a caring way about him and I swear I saw that sparkle in his eye! The volunteers were in awe of him too! Most of these children are from low income families and just watching their
faces light up when they saw Santa was a treat for all of us. I think Dale really IS Santa Claus and just dresses up like Dale Burrows the rest of the year.
Not to be left out, Mrs. Claus, aka Maddy Burrows, came alongside him and was the perfect match for Santa. Our community is lucky to have them.”

“We were a neighbour of Dale and Maddy Burrows for many years. They originally started doing Santa for the neighbourhood children out of their porch in their house. The festivities grew so large they decided to make it a community event and started to host it every year at the community clubhouse allowing the families to get a picture with Santa Dale and Mrs. Claus. Watching children see him in a restaurant even though he is not in his Santa suit… they know its Santa and are just awestruck always brought a smile. Both Santa Dale and Maddy have also donated their time with coat/present giveaways for the less fortunate bringing joy along the way as only Santa can. If Santa had an ambassador, this is the real deal, and your community or organization will not be disappointed.”

“We have known Santa Dale (Santa and Mrs Claus:) for 20 years and have had many holiday visits over the years. You will not find a more authentic Santa anywhere! The holiday spirit just oozes from this man year-rround! Children are in awe of Santa Dale even when he is in street clothes at a local restaurant the little ones can be seen staring from near and afar wondering if he is watching them. Take your little ones to see Santa Dale or do a video visit, you will not be disappointed! It’s magical!!!!”

“This was such a wonderful and special experience for my family. My 3yr old son had so much fun talking to Santa and Mrs Claus. It was a joy to be able to have a visit from the comfort of our own home, rather than waiting forever at the mall. Santa Dale is truly the real-life Santa. It was especially nice to be able to include my family on the call so they could see my son’s reaction or watch the video after the fact. We hope to do this experience again for our kids so they can experience the magic of Christmas!”

“I first met Santa Dale five years ago. I immediately knew he was the REAL Santa from not only his appearance, but how I suddenly felt like a child again, so very excited to be able to speak with him! (I was 65 at the time!)
Santa Dale has been in my grandchildren’s lives since then. Once a year he would visit with them during the summer, dressed in red and sharing his summer Santa home with them. They were enthralled! Santa Dale was ALWAYS in character, remembering their names, their likes, and little tidbits from their lives.
In the past two years, my grandchildren , now aged 8, 6, and 2, have had the added joy of a check in phone call from Santa Dale right before Christmas. His appearance, his demeanor, and his personalization of each conversation makes for lifelong memories! My grandchildren are convinced that they know the REAL Santa! The excitement and joy he has brought to my family validates their belief!”

His beard and hair are real, and his belly Ho-Ho-Ho’s are truly like Santa himself, especially when you also notice the twinkle in his eyes – like we saw in the childhood movies we watched.
